By accessing or using the AashaTech website (aashatech.com) or any software products or services provided by Aasha Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of AashaTech's website and delivered systems.

AashaTech provides custom software development, web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and graphic design services. Specific deliverables, timelines, costs, and responsibilities for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.

AashaTech reserves the right to decline, pause, or terminate a project engagement if the client fails to meet agreed obligations, including payment terms or provision of required materials.

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for that project, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

AashaTech retains ownership of internal frameworks, libraries, tools, and reusable components developed independently. AashaTech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Third-party libraries and assets used in project delivery are governed by their respective open-source or commercial licenses.

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. AashaTech typically requires a deposit before commencing work. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment.

Late payments may result in work pauses. AashaTech is not responsible for project delays caused by late payments or delayed client feedback.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, necessary access credentials, and materials needed to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed timeline.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, and materials they provide to AashaTech do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

AashaTech's liability for any claim arising out of a service engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

AashaTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption resulting from use of delivered software. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate data backups.

You may use the AashaTech website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

AashaTech makes no warranty that the website will be available without interruption or error. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during a project engagement. This obligation survives the end of the project relationship.

AashaTech does not disclose client project details, internal processes, or system specifications to third parties without written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a service engagement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

AashaTech reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
